Biography

Motivational speaker, podcast personality, and self-help author R. Mordant Mahon spent 20 years as a comedian with a 100,000-plus fan base across North America before certifying as a Universal Healing Tao Instructor and co-writing Why Real Women Drink Straight Tequila—The Tao of Intimacy with Sarina Stone. Through social media, Mordant has created inspiration and support for listeners, coaching participants, and sojourners in his “Mordant World.”

Mordant’s UHT training with Grandmaster Mantak Chia at Tao Garden in Chiang Mai, Thailand and his work helping people chasing and catching their dreams led him to create Quantum Manifestations. Mordant’s unique combination of comedy, self-help coaching, and motivational speaking leads individuals and groups to deeply connect with their passions and transform aspirations into actions.

Mordant’s love of travel and connection came early. Born in Karachi, Pakistan to a future British flamenco dancer and a Greek merchant marine, and adopted at birth by an American family in the U.S. State Department, he was a true globetrotter by the age of 8. Comfortable in many cultures, he tours internationally and around the USA to share his wit and wisdom with those ready to take steps towards the Positive.
